1: It's advisable to use more words to frame your first question. Are you asking whether you should run 3 piece with Nakuhl shield or 4 piece? If so, depends. If survivability isn't a problem for you, then 4 piece is probably the way to go. It does the most with the set and better justifies bothering with it in the first place. If you're dying a lot, then *maybe* opt for Na'Kuhl shield. But there are probably better things to equip that with than Kuumarkee's MU set (ex. red angle armor, forgoing set bonuses for max get-out-of-death-free effects), and other ways to make yourself not die besides the Na'Kuhl shield (ex. better selected kit modules, upgrading your shields and armor to mk. 15, changing up your playstyle, picking a better 2nd weapon, better selected skills, better selected specializations, spending time with your boff's builds and skill selection, ect.).
