Dyson Bundle Reclaim Items

Where do you find them? I have looked for the reclaimable environmental suits but can't find them where the C-Store description said they would be. I logged completely out then back in as it suggested; still nothing. Anyone that can help, Thank you.

I haven't bought it, but in the past, you could reclaim some bundles from the zen store and reclaim the items (like the Mirror Universe bundle) or there was a separate reclaim option that would appear in the zen store (like the New Genesis bundle).
You could also check the items/ground items tab might be there.

Edit: After reading the product description it should be in the promo part of the items tab. Here's a picture of my promo section.


Do you have this tab? If your account doesn't have any unlocks it won't be there.

I bought the pack and should have access to the suits, but I'm not seeing them either.

I did unlock the Dyson sphere outfit for all toons however. That one was automatically added to the tailor, also on other characters than the one that bought the main bundle. The suits are nowhere to be seen though.

After asking in game a player told me that it could be found if you click on the "ALL" category of the items tab. Try that.
