ahwahnee command carrier trait

Since the recent patch Im trying to figure out this Flagship staffing trait, what they mean by Reducing cooldown to non- specialisation firing modes ,what exactly is been targeted here? ,nothing seems to be reset at all. Can someone please tell me which skills are reset? ,Im struggling to find any information. Am I missing something?

    I think they mean firing modes from specifically tactical

    Basically, Tactical, so Beam Fire at Will, Beam Overload, Cannon Rapid Fire, Cannon Scatter volley, etc. Anything that requires Specialist seating to use is not included.

    Ah ok,so what skills get the coldown reset?, any examples?
