Salvage tranferable between characters.

I wouldn't be surprised if this hasn't been requested, so I'm just gonna throw in my two cents. Away for salvage to be transferable between characters. Using the account bank would be ideal for this. At least we have a workaround for transfering refined dilithium between characters, but there is currently no way to do that with salvage. Thanks
