Of Bajor Accolade "Operational Completion Dedication" - ran into an issue where the Accolade was not awarded for completing each Story Sub-Mission, seemingly from incomplete background specialty Sub-Mission. [i.e. Engineer cannot complete Tac and Sci Officer Sub-Missions].

    This is not a bug, it is meant to be played as a team to get these accolades. With that said, would be cool if in the future bridge officers on your away team could do the engineering, tactical, and science sub-missions depending on your chosen career type.
