    Your patch notes are incorrect. I just checked, the issue causing captains to appear distorted in character creator is unchanged and still present.

    Maint is just going on, wait till after it's over to check it out.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Probably logged in before the server went down. I don't think the launcher was updated to show down time coming this time.

    huh ok I expected it to start earlier. will check again after. I really hope its fixed cuz its hard to create or adjust a look when you're doing it essentially blind.

    They normally give an eta for maintenance of 2.5 hours. It does however usually end before that time frame. The maintenance is usually 7 am to 9.30 am pacific unless otherwise stated. If you are in that time zone check again around 8 to 8.30 am.

    The Twitter and Facebook announcement do mention the estimated downtime is 2.5 hours, looks like they forgot to mention it here.

    They also forgot to put a downtime notice on the launcher and there was no server-wide notices ingame either.

    IF bug reports have been submitted then they are aware of the issues. Some investigating may need to take place where the coding may need to be stripped right back. Once a fix has been implemented then it needs to be tested to see if nothing else breaks with the fix, if so then they need to investigate that. If it is episodes with legacy coding then they will take a lot longer. Bug fixes don't happen at a click of a finger, some may need extensive investigating. If some bugs do involve legacy coding then the coding might need to be completely rewritten ... ohhh and btw servers were only down an hour and quarter ... went down at 7 am pacific and came back up at 8.18 am (or there abouts).

    Is it just me or is the game very herky jerky today? I've tried re-booting my system but the game is still slow for me.

    Was ok for me. Might need to restart your router, clear your cache etc to see if things improve for you. Some are still having lag, rubberbanding issues from what I've read on the forum

    Did all that, still sluggish. Might be local traffic problem. I see how it goes tomorrow.
