Question about the 14th Anniversary Bundle competition

First off if you haven't seen it: https://www.playstartrekonline.com/en/news/article/11563733

1 is the competition itself if someone wins on a platform other than PC will still get the prize ?(eventually)

2. What happens if someone outside of the USA wins the physical prize?

I ask because I know we can't claim freebies and giveaways on PlayStation and Xbox. LoL I'm still wait for my Antares skin for owning Star Trek Infinity.

And I've won a competition in the USA and they refused to ship it to my country because of cost.
