Sorry if this has been asked before but I was wondering how possible/likely/popular it would be to have some of the consoles pets revamped, especially with the new Vanguard mechanic out?
Saucer separation, Aquarius escort, MVAM and other consoles should ideally be made into ship abilities, rather than console ones. I get why they initially did it, you could buy the basic version as F2P player or upgrade to the tier 4/5 version and get the cool extras from the show. But now with so many new ships coming out, it seems it'd make more sense for these mechanics to be built in and to take advantage of the new vanguard mechanic to make them more useful and actually worth while having. Is this something that may actually happen one day?
I remember looking at the requested content years ago as well on the STO wiki and I always found the idea of allowing you to spawn in owned ships controlled by your BO as an awesome idea, lending more credence to you being a 'Fleet Admiral' I know this later got turned into the admiralty mechanic but quite frankly, it leaves a lot to be desired...it offers no real immersion and is rather grindy to use and get through, whereas these changes offer a real impact on gameplay.
