Suggestion: consideration in the possible review of Temporal Specialization

I noticed that drain abilities specifically kick off the Solonae deflector but it seems that currently only the SCI Drain bridge officer abilities do it?
I would really like to make more use of this deflector because I love the option of using it to keep my shields up. Any chance we can get shared fate and gravametric conversion considered to kick off the Solonae deflector similar to what intel control abilities now do with the inhibiting deflector?
I am also curious if debuff temporal abilities like chronometric kick off the Deteriorating Secondary Deflector.
With all the creation of specializations I am wondering if we could review the ties they might have back to proc-ing secondary deflector and the new advanced SCI consoles.
