This is a link to mutliples ETFO Guildes. I did help devolping some of this guides. There is no one way to doing any missions but the objectives must completed and in the correct order or you will fail the mission. Teamwork is important, If you are not going to help please stay out of this Elite queues for you will most likely cause the team to fail. STO does offer an in Voice Chat system which I recommend you learn to use. I have never use it since UFPlanets uses TeamSpeak.
