Suggestion: re-purchase option after bundle deletion!

Who could have anything against it if a user wants to buy again, especially considering that each purchase contributes to the future of STO?
There are quite a few players like me who, after purchasing a Captain's Bundle, eventually realize that it might have been much better suited for another character or that they simply want to redesign. However, after deleting the character to which a bundle was applied, it is no longer repurchasable for the account, and there is especially no way to obtain the unique BOFFs of the package again.
Given the high price of a pack, it would be fair if at least the UNIQUE BOFFs (!) were reclaimable for another character.
Alternatively, we would also pay if we had the opportunity to purchase again after deletion!
Would it not be good to create this option?
