I am both eager and scared at the prospect.

A lot of the advanced content has become too easy with the power creep, but most Elite TFO need a next level of tactic and DPS.
It is yet unknown if random teams can accomplice that at this time.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

A long overdue change that is a very positive feature for the game.

    Finally!

Sadly a lot of people going into these are really not setup properly.

For example the most egregious experience was last night when we got the Rommie mine mission. One of my teammates has more than half a dozen injuries on load - WTF? Another was clearly way undergear as it seemed he was doing no damage despite his best efforts.

I always assumed the delay in doing an elite was development of backend system to check if the character was at least 'gold' on say 4/5 of their gear with proper level of course or earned particular accolades -etc...

Anyway, my experience so far has been very good overall putting me in mind of the old DPSL days and of course the [invite] elite channel which died so long ago.
If you are looking for an excellent PvE fleet consider: Omega Combat Division today.
