Alteration tailor order: TOS-wraparound for other ranks than captains?

Wouldn't it be good to remove the shoulder ranks or offer a second wrap without them? Then it would also make sense for other ranks to wear this beautiful wrap by useing their sleeve stripes. And you would also have a nice off duty alternative if you simply left out the sleeve stripes (see Charlie)...

In a totally chill, already in weekend vibes, I stroll along the main deck by the fleet office today.
