Thoughts on my Oddball Science Build?

So i decided to boost a Science officer, with a Phaser build with a few odd ball sets, i could use some thoughts on this build, also i am on a test flight to the badlands currently so i don't know yet how well it will do. ill give you a list of my loadout with a SS.
The ship is the I.S.S. Constitution equipped with, prolong phaser and torp set, 2x Triflouride Torps. Omni photostar beamplus concurrent set and a crafted omni phaser. basic engy consoles, and the set from the boosted Legendary ship. With a Voth crystal console, Cobiashi Maru device with The Flagship destress device. I would like to know where to find the fourth set console for the boosted legendary ship that is not in the set. Apperantly there are two sets in that ship. I am about to embark to the badlands i do hope this ship is as fun as the build looks to be. some feedback would be great! thanks

1. that's not a science build. you may be using sci boff powers but they are ineffective without sci boosting consoles and a secondary deflector.
2. you have at least 2 too many torpedoes

That is true, why i mentioned Oddball, while yes its not a true science build, it is however an extremely fun roll, I get i am not following a meta, but i was in Badlands last night and well, i was having a ton of fun with it.
