PC - UI tooltip for Special Rewards doesn't appear when trying to mouseover it in Assignments

UI tooltip for Special Rewards doesn't appear when trying to mouseover it in the Assignments within each faction (or within the In Progress menu), instead you must enter "View Details" for that specific Assignment to be able to view the tooltip when mouseover the Special Reward.
The reason this would be helpful is to see if a specific Assignment is more useful or less useful. A tooltip saying "Special Reward" is less useful than one which specifies which kind of Special Reward the player's character would receive.
