The new tamarian ship console, requesting a change before release.

The description says;
"This console also provides a passive ability which deals a large amount of additional Kinetic Damage when firing upon a ship affected by the Shields Offline status (once every 10 seconds)."
I would like to see it changed to
"This console also provides a passive ability which deals a large amount of additional Kinetic Damage when firing upon a ship with all shield faces down (once every 10 seconds)."
So it can either trigger by Shields Offline, OR by massive shield drain. So if we hit a ship with so much shield drain, its shields are at 0, it'll trigger this effect.
My reasoning, the Quantum Phase Torpedoes.. I love these things. They're very underrated when used by support builds. I'm building a character not for the highest DPS, but to help other people get higher DPS and to help other people stand out.
