Are gameplay bugs not being fixed any more?

There is a bug where you can't pick up particles in the Gravity Kills TFO, and you can't pick up bombs in Tzenkethi Front making them uncompletable. This been reported several times already but I've not seen any bug fix or mention of this. It's particular annoying if you are playing on random advanced and one of these come up and you have to exit the TFO and get stuck with a 30min penalty for leaving. Just wondering if any has heard anything concerning this?

    have you personally added a bug report? have you tried to get screenshots or video of what's going on?
    to answer your question, yes they do, but you can't say GK is broken and be done with it. you need to give the devs every bit of data you can, what's your setup, intel, amd? what graphics are you running? windows 10 or 11? what were you flying? was it just you? have you been able to replicate it? what powers were up when you couldn't?

    When the Vault was broken, a video was posted so the devs could see everything from the players screen, I'm sure that helped.

    Bug reports have been filed online in the bug section. This isn't a one off it happened every time I personally have enter these TFOs and everyone else who was present, some of whom have also filed a report, I know how to report a bug. There are other TFOs that have literally been bugged for 1 -2 years that I bug reported. But none them as bad as these two. Battle of Korfez is bugged it you get the Turei phase where you're suppose to get 3 waves of 3 groups, but instead all waves come at once so you get about 90+ ships at once, which 9.5/10 times ends in a wipe and fail. Herald sphere: waves with command ships either spawn or don't spawn, or spawn once or twice and you have to wait out a timer of up to 2+ mins...etc. etc.

    The thing is the devs first need to know what's broken and that's not always as obvious as it might seem. The less info the devs get harder it is to track down what is needed to fix and thus longer it'll take to fix it.

    I work as a software developer, not at cryptic. Two things:

    Bugs and features are always assigned a priority. There's never time to get the bug count to 0 even at billion or trillion dollar companies like Microsoft, Apple and Google. We've waited months for Apple to fix some macOS bugs affecting our programs, and some are never fixed.

    Knowing something isn't working is only the start. To reliably fix it you need to find the exact cause, which often means either being able to reproduce it at will or getting detailed logs to show you what's going wrong in the game state. The game clients and servers players use will usually have that level of logging disabled because it adds too much load, which brings us back to needing to be able to reproduce the bug. A non-critical bug that only happens once in a while can be a serious pain to track down, which might push it down in the priority list because you can reliably fix multiple easier bugs in the same time.

    This bug is affecting every version of the game now. The Dev's are aware of the issue. (summited a bug report myself) So we just have to wait till they find a fix. It stinks, but that's all we can do. The Vault bug was another big one that affected many people, and it was fixed in time, we just have to be patient.
