alt tab bug

Hiya
As title says if I alt+tab (I don't do it on purpose any more) or hit my windows button, I leave game screen and when I come back to
game my mouse only moves on the left half of the screen and can't click any buttons/tabs.

TY in advance for any help.

    Are you playing full-screen-windowed, or just full-screen? It might be worth trying the other setting.
    It might also be a weird interaction between STO and any specialised software for your mouse.
