Character Transfer and Tribble Test Server Both Down

I checked at 1:51 AM Eastern on 9/16/2023. Character transfer is unavailable, and the Tribble server is unavailable.

It's been this way for at least a day, if not a tad longer.

EDIT 1: 9/18/2023 at 9:38 PM Eastern, and both Tribble and Character Transfer are unavailable.

EDIT 2: Tribble's back up as of ~3:00 PM Eastern 9/19/2023. Thanks!

    Character copy page is down though!

    About an hour after I posted this, it came back up.
