How do you remodulate your weapons with the latest update?

It would seem that my old remodulator no longer works. How do you remodulate weapons now? I have seen the big warning sign to remodulate, but have not been able to do so. Any help would be appreciated.

    As per the mini-tutorial when you first encounter the Borg, it's got it's own little UI above your power tray now.

    I'm use to having the remodulator on Zero. so i shoot the first drone, then open the menu to drag the icon to zero. if you have Omega force sets, the first time you push the button it insta-modulates, but if thats on cooldown it will remodulate the slow way
