Lockboxes and the ability to get the ships

Hey I've been wondering could we get a means to account unlock and unlimited reclaim event, event campaign lockbox choice and Phoenix prize ships. It's just annoying and expensive for low budget players and with the 0.2% of getting lockbox ships we need an update to the campaign lockbox choice and Phoenix prize ships so there's more incentive to get them when they are available there. As is single toon unlock is not favored as it's not worth it as an option for anything on the player end.
