Easy fix to batteries

Changing shiploads creates a mess with my batteries, why not simply make it like ground, where my consumables are first consumed from the inventory and when the inventory runs out of stacks, it starts taking from my device slots. It will be such a quality of life change.

Because if they were to do that, what's to stop you slotting 4 different devices? If they were to allow them to be used from the inventory, the inevitable call of 'why do they need to be in a slot if they're being used direct from my inventory?' will happen.
