The new Advanced Consoles and Elite Queues

A few suggestions.
  • Make all component randomly available in each Elite Queue. Guarantee at least one component for these consoles will drop. Please make sure the math is equal. Dont make the math so it favor any component.
  • Associate quantity with our crit rates. The greater crit rate the more components we get. Maybe simulator to "The Boimler Effect." The better you perform the geater your chance to get "x" amount of component.
  • These new consoles are crafted can we make them account bound. The consoles from the Fleet Spire and Colony I understand why those are character bound but the others not so much.
