QOL: HUD: Chat Windows needs a protection setting.

in Controls and User Interface
During combat the mouse can drag a Tab out of the Chat Windows. I know this is a known issue but when will it be fix? I doing understand why this hasn't been done. I when get the HUD and my keybinds setup I save the HUD ingame. When I reload it to restore the layout is always missup.
