Academy contact needed on New Romulus

As per title.

New Romulus is supposed to be a homeworld like Earth or Qo'nos, yet it is still missing Academy services. An easy fix for this would be to simply add an Academy Liaison inside New Romulus Command. See the picture below (this back room console would be perfect for the Academy questions). The single Liaison could be coded for both Federation and KDF aligned characters to use (or if not, simply have two officers for each standing here, just like the Security Officers on DS9 - one Fed, one KDF).

Clicking on the 'Talk' button shown above would lead into Academy dialog box stating, "Would you like to speak with Commander Viala about today's lessons?" Yes/No (the name and portrait changes to Loresinger Ch'toh for KDF aligned Romulans). This would then open up the standard Academy interface shown below. Connecting this way would prevent any sort of 'double dipping' by Romulan characters because it's the SAME interface (only accessed from New Romulus).

This would be a HUGE quality of life fix for Romulan characters with very little effort from the Dev Team. They would no longer have to schlep all over the galaxy to get these things accomplished everyday - something their Federation and Klingon counterparts don't have to do.

It is always pleasant to have a fast access to a certain NPC. Still there are some things that may look rather controversial as far as the lore itself is concerned. Besides, warp jumps to other star systems for quests don't seem to be that troublesome. It even makes the game more realistic in a way, I'd say. While you're running through the Academy to take and complete the quests, your warp timer is cooling down fast enough. If not enough, why not visit the local exchange, bank or the club and buy a rare drink there?

On the one hand, the Romulan Republic as seen in STO is a marionette state of the Federation and the Klingon Empire and lives in dependence on them. It completely relies on their resources and so on. I would go further and say that it is mainly used by them to weaken the Romulan Star Empire (or what is left of it if you wish but still there are many Sela's loyalists on remote shards of the fallen Empire).

So it may seem that learning the history of their suzerains instead of their own could be an example of a "decent" behavior of a vassal.

On the other hand, the Romulan Republic of D'Tan is a politically independent state full of proud people who devoted their lives to fighting for freedom and who believe that someday they will build a mighty state and become free.

So it means that, for example, the question from the lore of the Empire "Who was called petaQ" or so and the 3 variants of the answer including J'mpok himself may seem of lesser importance to the Romulans than their own history. Very unique and tragic history.

Apart from that, the New Romulus already has a historian and several researchers who deal not only with the wild nature but with the history of the planet as well.

Why, that very female historian in white from whom you usually take the doffs assignments when you bring some data chips to her could at least play the role you suggest.
