Heck! I'd take any Enterprise era missions. They are like the abandoned stepchildren of Star Trek Online. I think there are only 2 maybe three missions that even have anything related to the time period.
The romulan/earth war would be great. But I have a feeling CBS wouldn't allow it in game.
Star Trek Online claims that you can make a character from any era of Starfleet, but that's not quite true as the 2150's era isn't represented.
However, I wouldn't say that's an oversight as the Federation didn't exist at that time and Starfleet was simply an Earth-based organisation.
Sure, it became the Federations' exploratory and defensive arm, but it wasn't yet.
I believe Star Trek Online is best to leave the 2150's alone, as much as it can. However, it's flirted with the era in several missions:
Sunrise;
Stormbound;
Vorgon Conclusions;
The Measure of Morality (Part 1); and
The Measure of Morality (Part 2)
I suppose you could also count all the missions which involve Daniels and the Temporal Cold War.

Yes but weren't does from the continuation of Agent of Yesterday storyline?.
Not quite...
"Sunrise" & "Stormbound" were added to the game in the latter half of 2015.
"Vorgon Conclusions" was added in July 2016 alongside the TOS-era expansion.
"The Measure of Morality" was added in early 2019

I would love if we could have some of the Starfleet ships from Star Trek Legacy for the ENT era. The Yorktown and Conestoga could be new designs while Minuteman and Poseidon could be in the Olympic and Miranda family respectively. The story can link to the temporal war or to another later event. We could even add the crew of the Relativity as the temporal contact.
It's been mentioned several times in the Ten Forward streams that devs don't want to make ENT missions due to how far removed it's from the 25c "present" of STO.
