Lobi Store Purchase Character Bound

Hello, i was requested by GM Ehdione to create a bug report in regards to an issue i have. as i cannot make a bug report of my own as apparently 2015 is considered a "new" arc account and is therefore locked out of creating bug reports, i am resigned to attatching my report to this one as all of the other ones are oddly specific about what they are reporting.

What the issue is: upon attempting to purchasing Altamid Modified Swarm Processor, and 2x Altamid Modified Omni-Directional Plasma Beam Array, i was greeted with a pop-up that stated the items would be account bound. After completing the purchase from the Lobi Crystal store, i discovered that the items were instead character bound and that i am unable to use them with the character in which i intended to use them.
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable): Contacted support and was told to make a bug report.

I don't think you'll get support help with the items you bought. The tooltip for them states that they are "Character Bind On Pickup"

For lobi store purchases it's always best to move the lobi to your account bank then take out what you need on the character you wish to buy items.
