Star Trek Online Klingon Academy

I just recently created a Klingon character on my Xbox console and transported to the Klingon Academy. After exploring the area and when I wanted to beam back up to my ship or to the first city, I realized that I could not find a transporter anywhere on the map or any place that would allow me to beam out. I basically was stuck. Does anybody know why they have not included a transporter pad and transporter operator like they have at Starfleet Academy?

Same way like in a Starfleet Academy area, there should be "pop up" option in lower right corner in your screen to talk "traffic npc" to get out.
