How many Bridge officers do you need?

I cannot find a answer for this. I have officers for the Stations and a few extra for ground missions. What would extra ones do?

    need? 5 is the max number of boff seats, I think, so 5. any above that could be use for different sets up. or to have a dedicated ground team.
