Looking to create a new PC FED Fleet

Hi Everyone,
I need the help of 4 people to setup a new FED fleet on PC. You can all leave the fleet as soon as it is setup if you want to or you can stay and help me build it up.
As soon as I can actually get back into the game (with all the problems it seems to be having today), I will go to the fleet officer on ESD and then post which instance I am in.

I'm prepared to load the fleet bank up with an EC bonus for each person who helps of 500,000 EC.
