Zen Store Issues with Claiming ship(s)

Hello all, just starting playing and through I would grab one of the starter packs. Basically I hate the starter ship and I though a cheep T6 ship would be fun. So I picked up the Temporal Agent Starter Pack. When I try to claim it it all I get is a new title, but neither the Constitution Class or the T6 Temporal Battlecruiser - (Paladin Class) show up to select as an option to use. Any ideas?

Claiming the Temporal Agent Starter Pack just unlocks the Ships in the corresponding parts of the Z-Store.

The Constitution can be found at "Ships > T1-4 Reclaim" and the T6 Temporal Cruiser can be found under "Ships > T6". Both should have 'Claim' buttons.

Additionally, your new 0718 Bridge Officer can be claimed under "Personnel > Bridge Officers".

depending on which tutorial.. if you are disco or TOS, the only T6 you can fly are the legendary Connie(MW) the Donnie and for some weird reason, the Odyssey. the descriptions will tell you on completing the tutorial
