suggestion how to make doffs upgradable - dil sink

basically add doffs with same name of better quality than it already exists. if white doff exists add green, blue, purple... if blue exist add purple...
than each time we upgrade doff it will be replaced with same name but better quality. i think this would be easiest way to upgrade doffs
also make it cost dilithium
