Bridge Officer Traits - Please Give Us Option To Re-roll One Trait

I personally look for 3 very specific traits on ground boffs that will be a permanent part of my captains crew. I then feel ok to spend upgrading them with event skills, an elite token, etc. I used to be able to find a boff every few months that met my needs. But now, with the elite boff tokens, people are hoarding them or occasionally putting them for 1.5 billion on the exchange. It really stinks constantly finding the "almost perfect" boff only to have 2 good traits and 1 total garbage trait (not counting the racial trait). Please let us spend say 100 dil or zen to re-roll one trait of our choosing. This would create an additional dil / zen sink.
