For those who don't check news or GNN-console, the giveaways leading up to the anniversary starts today 3/9 with 4 ship slots.
You only have until 10 am Pacific 3/10 to claim the 3/9 daily. It applies instantly to the 1 character who claims it from the zen store - promotions tab, so claim it on the character who needs the slots.
