question about moderators

how can they choose to close or move threads in places where they shouldn't go? threads about players brain storming new faction ideas. them closing them saying devs said they never would make another one when infact they said unlikly . this is they gaming business anyone thats in it knows how an unlikely or a no can turn into a yes over night. that and nothing wrong with players talking to each other about it. and putting threads about picard in ten forward when its not art or fan fiction
