Returning player

Greetings fellow Captains and Warlords,

I am a returning player, a Tac captain.

Last time i played, i was running a reasonably well geared Andorian Thozyn Pilot Escort, a Fleet Caitan Shikaris Escort, Fleet Temporal Escort with Proton Weapons Iconian Ship set, Experiment railgun Vulnerability locators every item Epic except for one Torp Launcher.

The question is, what ships have overtaken and what other consoles are worth now picking up?

You already have T6 escorts and good gear, so that depends on how much of a DPS fanatic you are. DPS League has a bunch of builds if that's what you're after, they'll list newer consoles, traits that could also work with your current ships: https://www.sto-league.com/ship-builds/

Unless you want a change of pace and are thinking broadsiding cruisers?

I do like to have a project to work towards. So tinkering with new ships is good. I will check out that link.

I assumed broadsiding cruisers were not very viable? (don't get me wrong i love battlecruisers)
