Tail guy is back, please give us this tail in aliengen

As of The Fujiwhara Effect, the NPC with the unique tail not available to players has returned. Could we please finally get this available for alien characters? He's been in-game as a chance spawn in Fed NPC groups for years. (Since the FED NPC spawn revamp, when the Foundry still existed.)

Cat tails and ears will NEVER be added to alien gen until the ferasan and caitian characters are free and not under the Cstore lock. now adding it to the cat people palettes....

I'm not sure how a lizard tail fits cats.
