Can we make these unbound so they can be sold on the exchange? I have over 300 of these claims. Would be great to sell them so other players could take advantage of them.

    If you're in a fleet, you can some tiny utility by converting them to Fleet Dilithium by talking to one of the NPCs on the Dilithium Mining Asteroid inside, and fueling your Fleetbase's turnover of projects and/or those of your Armada's projects.
