Come say Hello to Yolae, he's always at First City #1 at the same console at the Exchange area.
Have your picture taken with him. He's always busy accessing that same console.
Don't worry, you won't bother him. He seems to ignore anything you do to him.

    Yes, days upon days hard at it at the Exchange. He even has a friend that uses the one across from that one. Uoel, same rank same ship. Must be something worth buying that hard for.

    Anyway, I didn't know that using the Exchange can keep you from being kicked while Idling.

    I don't think it can, as I've come back from a long time away from keys with the Exchange up, and it had put up the 'marked as AFK' warning. These would have to be inputting something into the game to not get marked as AFK or kicked. Whether that's chatting to their Fleetmates, or repeatedly searching for low-priced Master Keys...
