PC Launcher Showing Console News (again)

Another news item is showing up on the PC launcher and the PC news tab on Arc Games when it's only for console. The red alert news had to be fixed too. It would be really nice if we could stop seeing console news on the PC launcher. Especially since the content is tagged correctly on the playstartrekonline.com news announcement/feed.
