New hub functions

I am wondering could there be a way for TOS and Discovery era characters have the ability to revisit their origin era for start specific temporal patrols and an ability to get certain era specific equipment from the starting hubs. The reason is the tutorials are short and the bridge crew abilities are expensive to get all of them.
