It shows under the promotions tab in the c-store that the Black Alert Tribble is and one per account item. The notification says it is available to every toon on your account.

@baddmoonrizin This sounds like a bug. Can you bring this to the devs' attention? Thanks.

Not sure if I should post this here, but will the 10th Anniversary Bundle be available soon? I Inherited some money, and have a new PC coming Friday, would be great to get that Jefferies class ship.
Words is a little muddled... 1. If I buy a 3 100% off coupons and give them away what actually happens? 2. 20% off Zen on PC why disregard Console players 3. 25% of Bundles does that include Mudd's Store too 4. I live on a tight budget, why hide what's going to be on sale for the rest of the sale it prevents me from spending my money the most efficient way.

1) The person you give them to gets to claim a ship or 2 or 3 from the C-Store for free, and you get (hopefully) a warm, fuzzy feeling for being generous.
2) Are you playing on Console? I assume not since you're responding to the PC announcement thread. Anyway, it probably has something to do with approval from Microsoft and Sony.
3) Unlikely, since Mudd sales are specifically announced.
4) Hiding? What gives you the impression anything is being hidden?

The word beginning in this sentence makes it sound like there's more to come.
And we're beginning with a sale so massive that putting it into separate blogs would likely crash our website.
Well, the previous sentence does mention "five major sales and giveaways happening over the course of 11 days," so yeah, there's more to come, but that's not hidden. It says it right there.

Genuine questions are acceptable. Being pedantic is not. And no, nothing "happens" if you gift someone a Ship Coupon, other than the joy of giving.

Thanks for the clarification. Maybe no one else found it confusing, but I remember getting hung up on that sentence last year too.
I think if you just changed the verb, it would be better. How about: “Santa Gorn appreciates generosity.” Then it doesn’t sound like you should be given something. Or maybe “Santa Gorn knows if you have been naughty or nice.”
It doesn’t really matter, because very few people probably bother to read this stuff anyway. But it would be healthy if there was room for reflection or feedback in the writing process—don’t you think?
Anyway, Star Trek Online is having a massive sale this winter, with five major sales and giveaways happening over the course of 11 days. And we're beginning with a sale so massive that putting it into separate blogs would likely crash our website. Instead, we're telling you everything you need to know, right now. From December 21st at 8am PT until January 2nd @ 10am PT, here are the things to know. Unless specified otherwise, these sales and events are for all platforms.
Sales
1 PC Captains can get a 20% bonus when they charge for Zen!
2 Save 20% on everything in the Lobi Store!
Purchase Vanity Shields for Dilithium!
3 Save 20% on Ships you can purchase with Dilithium!
4 From December 21st at 8am PT until December 23rd at 10am PT, save 25% on Keys and the Keyring Bundle!
The Keyring Bundle is available!
5 The Giftable Ship Coupons Return!
Buy a pack of three, 100% off Ship Coupons for 6000 Zen!
You can keep these for yourself, or gift them to your friends! But remember, Santa Gorn rewards generosity!
Sometimes. When he's in a good mood.
This pack is 25% off for the duration of this Winter Sale!
So, the first sentence makes it sound like there are going to be five sales. Then the third sentence makes it sound like they are telling you about all five sales at once. I numbered what seems to be the sales above. I didn't count the Vanity Shield because the price isn't reduced.
Perhaps there will be different sales in the upcoming days we just have to wait and see.
