Adding purchasable Reman BOFF with Infiltrator trait to the fleet embassy

I know there was another thread recently with a similar topic, but I'd like to focus specifically on non-Romulan characters having access to the infiltrator trait.
I just tested today on tribble and all the stackings of infiltrator trait from BOFF seems to be working fine. I think now would be a great time to add purchasable Reman Bridge Officers (BOFFs) with Infiltrator traits to the embassy.
Justifications:
While non-Romulan players have access to BOFF traits Superior Romulan Operative (SRO) and Superior Subterfuge (SS), both which buffs cloak, the biggest buff to cloaks, which is increasing the duration of the cloak ambush from the BOFF trait Infiltrator, is still not accessible to non-Romulan players. This leaves them with a damage buff that last for only 5 seconds, which is not very useful regardless of how buffed the ambush damage is, compared to ambushes that last for 15 seconds or longer.
With non-Romulan players, especially Federation players which are the largest faction by far being played having access to all cloaking and battle cloaking ships today, along with the large increase in ships that can cloak today compared to a couple of years ago, this leaves them quite disadvantaged should they choose to use cloaks along with its related buffs in their playstyle.
One of those related buffs is the starship trait She's a Predator which when triggered gives a buff that's damage and duration both mirror the damage and duration of your current cloak. It comes from the Legendary Scimitar from the Legendary Romulan Warbird Bundle, which I'd like to think its relatively popular, considering it comes with a T6 coupon, both ships giving a great starship trait and the Legendary Scimitar itself is a decent and powerful ship, and arguably the best Scimitar to have. I'd like to think most non-Romulan players would like to use that trait in their builds as well if its properly buffed, especially if it's on a ship that can battle cloak.
Knowing this, there's probably a bunch of popular scenarios that would be in a rather unfavorable situation, such as a KDF player wanting to make a cloaking build on a Bird-of-Prey, and then finding out about this.
Additionally, adding purchasable Reman BOFFs to the embassy would be yet another new buyable item within the fleet system, bringing along any benefits that come from players purchasing things that cost fleet credits and dilithium.
If Reman BOFFS are to be added to the embassy, they must be added in the following way:
There needs to be at least 3 separately purchasable BOFF, one with the trait Basic Infiltrator, one with the trait Infiltrator and one with the trait Superior Infiltrator (SI). This is because the ambush duration buff from Infiltrator stacks with different ranks of Infiltrator, which can give an overall cloak ambush duration of up to 27.5 seconds as is with the way it current works for Romulan characters, an equal option should be given to non-Romulan players as well. Basic Infiltrator and Infiltrator can appears on Reman BOFFs on grades uncommon and rare, while very rare ones only have SI as it currently is with Romulan characters, so the BOFFs to add to the embassy can be in that format as well.
Also, as it currently is with Romulan characters, BOFFs with both SS / SI and SRO exists.
Both are from 2 unique BOFFs that comes exclusively from purchasing the Delta Operations Pack expansion and only useable on Romulan Characters (as opening the BOFF pack that comes from the expansion on a non-Romulan character rewards a different BOFF).
As to not diminish the value of the pack along with avoiding problems that would arise from modifying the existing BOFFs awarded from the pack to non-Romulan players in an attempt to even things out, while also giving more options to both Romulans and Non-Romulan players, it would be nice if the Basic Romulan Operative Trait could be added to existing embassy Romulan BOFFs, specifically the ones that are Very Rare in rarity and have SS. This would give both Romulan and non-Romulan characters the option to use SS while still having some of the Romulan Operative effectiveness on the same BOFF without needing to get both from 2 separate BOFF, along with the added flexibility in choice. Those who purchased the pack and are Romulan players will still have the SRO + SI and SRO + SS as exclusive BOFFs.
Note that Romulan characters can use a variety of BOFFs with both Subterfuge and SRO that can be obtained from the exchange.
I hope non-Romulan players will have access to Infiltrator in the future.
