Odyssey Deflector color

Greetings, how do you select this color pattern for the deflector (see link). Or is this no longer an option.

    Change the skin at the Ship Tailor.

    Like Lee said ships skins or using certain deflectors cosmetically are really the only ways to change the color of a deflector
