Please Bring Back Colonist and Prisoner Colonies?

With the new change for the Duty Officer donations to Fleet Projects on PlayStation and XBox, we are no longer able to donate Colonists and Prisoners to the Fleet Special Project: Coordinate Colonization Efforts. This was one of the only places for us to actually use the boatloads of Colonists and Prisoners we get through Admiralty and Duty Officer Missions.

Please make it so that we can again put our dozens to hundreds of Colonists and Prisoners sitting in our inventories into something?
