    This looks like a copy-paste of the PC updates to the fleet stores, but it sounds like there is a new fleet “feature” that is coming to the consoles before it comes to the PC. What does the “feature launching first” mean?

    Ah I see it is about the rare duty officers being able to be donated, it was buried in the article. I guess this gives me more reasons to grind out more Dr. Sibaks.
