Account support seems to be broken

Hello everyone,

it seems I've encountered an issue with accessing account support. In the past - if I remember correctly, it would allow you to submit a problem ticket either via the in-game GUI, or via the webpage. Now it seems that trying to get to submit a ticket (opening the new, gearbox-style page -> contact us -> choosing an option from the listbox) results in an infinite loop back to the starting page.

I would like to ask, how can I submit a ticket regarding to problems with the lifetime subscription zen rewards?

Oh, and trying to use the "Item problems", and choosing "other" also results in a greyed out button:

I believe you'll need to click the circle next to "Zen Market Product" and then complete those fields as well.

it would be nice if there was some sort of balance sheet. TBH I don't know if I ever got the stipend either.
