Enhanced Induction Coils question!

Hi. I have EIC on two toons. My main gets +50 to power levels. My ALT gets +65.6. Anyone know what is affecting this? Looked everywhere to try to find an answer. Is it because my alt is an Engineer?

    One of your characters being an engineer and using EPS Manifold Efficiency would be a good guess.

    Interesting thing.. Battery Expertise (from the skill tree) usually just adds duration but low and behold the wiki entry for the EIC states that it also boosts it's power levels from 50 to 62.5 and has a similar effect on the Enhanced Plasma Manifold. Could it be that your other character is spec'd into Hangar Health instead of Battery Expertise via skill unlocks?
