Daily Event Not Recording

So I ran 3 of the Event TFO's yesterday, 1 on a level 50 character and 2 on a level 10 character. None of them registered as daily progress for the event reward. Is it possible to fail the TFO's so that you don't get daily progress? Have a missed a condition that I'm not meeting. (I have got about 13 days of progress so I have succesfully done it 13 days prior)

    I also had this problem and have submitted a ticket. I think something must have broken with yesterday's patch.

    Resolved an issue that was preventing The Emperor’s Will event content from granting daily progress towards the Grand Prize.
    The Emperor’s Will event will be extended to October 14th at 10am PT.
