How do you find the Atmospheric Shield in mission Taris?

I've criss-crossed the marked area many times and still not located it.
Since it's an episode, dropping it isn't an option
Please save me from ragequit

If it's not showing then it might be a bug. If playing on PC do a force verify. make sure on demand patching is turned off.

Went back, and mission was reset to beginning, and this time found it easily... maybe there was a bug before, or somehow I was always on the wrong side of it.

Not sure if on demand patching is on or not, so it's better set off?

On demand patching is better set at OFF. You will find the option on the launcher options. If it has a tick in the box untick it.

it glitches a lot. I beamed down, no guards to defeat, so the console never enabled. had to redo the mission again
